About 90% of the people who walk into the gym say they hate cardio. But what good is being fast or strong if you can only do it for a short period of time? So whether it’s crossing the finish line or banging out an extra rep, our Conditioning classes train you to finish strong when it counts.

In concert with our Strength classes, our Conditioning classes are integral to allowing you to truly BE THE BEAST.

Conditioning classes are offered every Wednesday and Saturday.

Our Strength classes feature workouts which incorporate different aspects of performance to make you the strongest version of yourself possible. If you’ve ever wanted muscles that aren’t just for show, this is the class for you.

Together with our Conditioning classes, our Strength classes are a key component of living out our mantra to BE THE BEAST.
