  • Take full advantage of our strength and conditioning equipment during our normal business hours. Our equipment includes, squat cages, barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells, sleds, and more!
  • The perfect option for anyone looking to follow their own workout routine in a supportive and semi-private environment.

UNLIMITED

  • Access to UNLIMITED classes per month, and includes open gym access as well.
  • Recommended for both beginners and seasoned gym goers alike! Experience the full benefit of our performance based classes which includes: learning proper technique, and increases in strength, speed, stamina, and body composition.

Q: How has your approach to fitness evolved over time? "I used to see working out solely as a
means to losing weight. I love playing
sports though, and while working out at
Kinitro I’ve started to see how much
carryover working out can have to
athletic ability. Most importantly has
been the realization that being “fit” is a
lifestyle, and that it isn’t just about how
much time you spend in the gym."
Q: What impact, if any, has the gym had on your approach to fitness? "Kinitro has given me an understanding of
how to adapt my workouts to fit within my
busy schedule, nutrition “du jour,” my other
physical activities and daily living. Do you
know how useful and practical “farmers
carries” become when you don’t want to
make more than one trip from the car to the
house with groceries? There’s a lot of
pragmatism to be found in maintaining
your health. "
