"I used to see working out solely as a means to losing weight. I love playing sports though, and while working out atKinitro I’ve started to see how much carryover working out can have to athletic ability. Most importantly has been the realization that being “fit” is a lifestyle, and that it isn’t just about how much time you spend in the gym."
Q: What impact, if any, has the gym had on your approach to fitness?
"Kinitro has given me an understanding of how to adapt my workouts to fit within my busy schedule, nutrition “du jour,” my other physical activities and daily living. Do you know how useful and practical “farmers carries” become when you don’t want to make more than one trip from the car to the house with groceries? There’s a lot of pragmatism to be found in maintaining your health. "
