Led by certified trainers, our strength and conditioning classes are designed to make you stronger, better, and faster in a supportive group setting.  Free workshops round out your routine and cover a variety of disciplines such as yoga, boxing and weightlifting.  With flexible class times to fit your busy schedule, there are no excuses.  Whether you’re new to fitness, a hardcore lifter or an avid weekend athlete, our classes move at  a manageable but challenging pace so you can achieve the best version of YOU.

Working out shouldn’t be complicated. You find the time, and we’ll do the rest.

Whether it’s crossing the finish line in a marathon or just having more energy to get you through the work day, our Warrior classes aim to give you the stamina and endurance you need to finish strong when it counts.  Our formula of high intensity circuits combined with speed and agility drills is guaranteed to help you achieve peak performance.

When combined with the strengthening workouts of our Gladiator classes, our Warrior classes are integral to allowing you to truly BE THE BEAST.

No one is perfect, but we believe you can get pretty darn close. Each month, our Gladiator routines will take you through workouts that focus on developing stability, hypertrophy, strength and power. Along the way, we’ll identify your weaknesses so that we can turn them into strengths, and build upon your strengths to make you even stronger.

Together with our Warrior classes, our Gladiator classes are key to having you BE THE BEAST.
