Since our inception into the fitness world, we’ve believed that going to the gym should be as black and white as Yoda’s words to Luke Skywalker. You either go or you don’t. We take this same no nonsense approach to our classes which incorporate a combination of resistance training, plyometrics and conditioning drills to make you STRONGER and FASTER. Whether you’re new to the gym or have been working out for years, our classes can be scaled to fit any level of fitness with the simple overarching idea of getting BETTER. Aliens from Krypton aren’t the only ones who can achieve superhuman strength. Our Gladiator classes feature workouts which incorporate different aspects of performance to make you the strongest version of yourself possible. If you’ve ever wanted muscles that aren’t just for show, this is the class for you.

Together with our Warrior classes, our Gladiator classes are a key component of living out our mantra to BE THE BEAST.

KINITRO WARRIOR (CONDITIONING)

About 90% of the people who walk into the gym say they hate cardio. But what good is being fast or strong if you can only do it for a short period of time? So whether it’s crossing the finish line or banging out an extra rep, our Warrior classes train you to finish strong when it counts. 

In concert with our Gladiator classes, our Warrior classes are integral to allowing you to truly BE THE BEAST.
