We are a goal oriented, results driven, fitness community focused on building tough minds and tough bodies. Located right here in Houston, TX, in the heart of Chinatown, we pride ourselves on hard work and effort backed by the philosophy that you get as much as you put in. Being active is more than just a hobby–it’s a lifestyle change. Our strength and conditioning classes are designed with only one goal in mind–to make you the strongest, fastest, and best version of yourself possible by providing you with the education and instruction you need. Our certified trainers collaborate each month in advance, taking into consideration each athletes’ individual needs, before designing the workouts for the month. This not only ensures safe and effective workout program design, but also as close to a personalized exercise plan as you’ll get in a group class setting. To round out your fitness routine, each membership plan also includes access to a variety of workshops which cover various fitness related disciplines such as yoga, boxing, and weightlifting. Finally, to help keep you on track and to show you that everything is working, we use state of the art technology to measure and analyze body fat  and muscle composition. Whether you’re new to fitness, a hardcore lifter, or an avid runner, our classes will challenge you at a pace you can handle so you can be the best version of YOU. Working out shouldn’t be complicated. You find the time, and we’ll do the rest.

KINITRO WARRIOR

A full body, high intensity, workout.

Why high intensity?
A high intensity workout does two things—fills your muscles with lactic acid and depletes your oxygen stores. The result? Your body continues working hard 16 to 24 hours after you’ve finished exercising to remove the lactic acid and “pay back” its oxygen debt. That means more calories burned than if you’d exercised at a lower intensity.

Our Gladiator classes are focused on getting you to be the strongest version of yourself possible. You’ll strengthen your muscles while improving your balance, muscle activation, power output and lean body mass composition with these classes.

FROM THE OWNER

Having tried the gamut of fitness classes ranging from group exercise classes at commercial gyms to specialized classes at specialty gyms, John recognized a need for a group class which focused on the needs of the individual rather than the group. At Kinitro Fitness he has created a formula which builds upon successful methods from his own training résumé—which includes everything from work with former NCAA athletes to untrained beginners—and steers away from the negatives which plague crossfit boxes and trendy bootcamps. His philosophy embodies the idea that the body is only as strong as the mind, and he therefore constantly strives to instill positivity in those around him while preaching self-worth. Mostly, however, he thinks it weird to write about himself in the third-person.
