Great gym with wonderful gym culture! It has nice amenities like private showers, recovery suite (massage therapy, cupping, cold water therapy, etc.) Clean and well maintained facility. The pricing is more than reasonable for the quality of coaching and classes. So many variations of workouts you can do with all the specialized equipment. Great for anyone looking for results in their fitness journey!

Working with John has really helped transform my training as a rookie football player. He has a keen sense of the mechanics of the body which helped correct and perfect my form.
